Create the online ballot. The easy to use editor enables you to enter candidate bios, photos and link to other documents. Set-up the rules for the vote including: start/stop date, and options for quorum only, write in candidates and proxies.
Hold HOA election
Schedule email invitation to vote messages to be sent to all owners you've provided/imported email addresses for. Registered owners (owners/voters that have already signed up) are automatically excluded. You can also schedule voting reminders that will be sent to REGISTERED voters that have not voted, anyone that has voted is automatically excluded from receiving reminders.
Tabulate and Report Results
Vote HOA Now tabulates the results automatically so election officials can track online election results in real-time. There's no time-consuming or complex manual handling or counting of paper ballots — simply log in and view an overview of the results or download a csv file for use in Excel or a database. Plus, it's highly secure so you can be confident there's no vote tampering. Once polls are closed, election officials simply go online to get the final results including:
Election statistics, including percentages of voter turn out and total number of voters
The total number of yes and no votes on measures
The total number of votes for each candidate
A list of all homeowners who voted and how they voted is available. (Note: for secret ballots some information is omitted from these reports)
