As an HOA official, it’s critical to keep an eye on the bottom line. Online elections can save your homeowner’s association money- and time.
Online Elections Cost Less
Online elections save your homeowners association money:
- Printing materials related to election campaigns can be very costly- and wasteful. Online elections eliminate the need for all of the waste.
- Postage costs for mailing candidate profiles, voter pamphlets and ballots can quickly drain funds. VoteHOANow allows you to upload all election documents online, so postage costs are minimal.
- Leasing, buying and transporting voting machines can be cost-prohibitive. Associated costs related to maintenance and repairs can also be expensive.
- Multiple online elections can be conducted throughout the year without any additional fees.
Time-Saving Opportunities with Online Elections
VoteHOANow knows that your time is valuable, too. Online elections free up your time so you can focus on your many other responsibilities. Printing and mailing campaign information, organizing in-person elections and being present for the manual tabulation of votes just got crossed off your to-do list. Election reports can be pulled up and reviewed with a couple of mouse clicks, in real-time, once electronic voting has begun.
Participating in an election online saves your homeowners time, too. Instead of racing home to be present for in-person voting, or trying to remember to mail in a ballot, homeowners can vote online at their convenience, any time during the election period. VoteHOANow will also send registered voters reminders to vote until the election period has ended.
