Scott Mckeel, EBP
President
Scott McKeel founded Vote HOA Now in 2011 with a vision to simplify and modernize the voting process for community associations. With over a decade of experience in the electronic voting space, Scott has built Vote HOA Now into a trusted resource for communities seeking a seamless transition to online voting. He holds the CAI Educated Business Partner designation, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence and education within the community association industry.
Cathi Sleight, CMCA, EBP
VP Client Relations
Cathi has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, 10 as an executive community manager with a large portfolio in the NW. In 2026, she celebrates 15 years as a CMCA®, is a CAI Educated Business Partner, and brings an inside perspective to the oversight of sales and marketing for Vote HOA Now. As an expert in the topic of electronic voting throughout the US, with in-depth knowledge of state statutes and what it takes to run a successful online vote, Cathi can be found speaking with her peers at trade shows and online voting seminars all over the country. Vote HOA Now's Cathi Sleight wins Award of Excellence in Chapter Leadership at National CAI Expo 2025!
Ruth Ingoldsby, CMCA, EBP
Director of Operations
Before joining Vote HOA Now as business partner to the community association industry, Ruth was involved in association management at both a branch office and onsite community. As Director of Operations, along with overseeing vote management throughout the US, she is involved with business development and marketing where she presents both in-person and online to management companies, managers, committees, and boards. Ruth has a communications degree from the University of Illinois, holds the CMCA® designation, and is a CAI Educated Business Partner.
Kellen Morimoto
Director of IT
Kellen brings over 15 years of design, engineering, and IT experience from a wide variety of industries - including work on award-winning websites, large social media platforms, and critically-acclaimed data journalism. With a decade of experience in the online voting sphere, Kellen designs and builds Vote HOA Now’s industry-leading online voting software - along with the infrastructure, security audits, and assorted server dusting needed to keep everything running smoothly. Favorite way to spend an afternoon: playing synthesizer and hanging out with my two pet rats, Iorek and Bean.
Alisha Sleight, M100, EBP
Director of Vote Operations
Alisha brings over ten years of electronic voting expertise to her role overseeing our team of vote managers. With a background rooted in the community association industry, she understands the process from the ground up - starting in an administrative role before becoming a seasoned leader in online voting. Alisha holds the M100 designation and is a CAI Educated Business Partner, reflecting her deep commitment to professional excellence and the communities she serves.
Liz Fluharty, CMCA, EBP
Business Development Manager
Liz brings an in-depth understanding of the community association industry to help clients navigate a smooth transition to electronic voting. Starting on the administrative side of the industry, she went on to serve as a portfolio community manager for over 10 years, overseeing up to 20 associations at a time, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and needs of the clients she now helps onboard. Liz holds her CMCA® designation and is a CAI Educated Business Partner.
