Association Setup Process from Start to Finish
Contract Received & Custom Voting Site Created
Once the estimate is approved and the contract submitted, the association's contact will receive online voting instructions - including a customized voting site URL and a community email address - to share with voters for the upcoming online vote.
Details Collected & E-Ballot Created
A Vote Manager from our team will work with the association's single point of contact to collect ballot and owner data through an easy-to-use online form. Interactive proofs of the email invitation and online ballot are then created and sent for approval.
Vote Starts
Voters will receive an email with a link to the voting site, and a personalized registration code tied to their property. The association's single point of contact will receive tools to monitor participation, manage voters, and answer questions.
Vote Ends and Certified Results are Sent
Electronically tabulated, secure voting results are sent to the association's contact immediately upon closing. Reports include candidate tallies, item tallies, detailed spreadsheets of who voted and who didn't, and - if voting is non-secret - an owner voting record showing how each person voted.
