Vote HOA Now performs full service set-up and management of your elections

Maybe you want 3rd party separation for your election or you just have better things to do with your time. We can setup your election, add your candidates, report on the status of the election and handle any user questions for you.

Move Election End Date

Close to making quorum but need a but more time? We offer this as part of full service set-up or on a per instance basis for a nominal $25.00 fee.

Voter Weighting

If you have an owner that owns multiple properties or your votes are based on the property value then you need voter weighting. With voter weighting we set the weight on a single account equal to the number of votes they get. If a company or individual own 18 lots they only need to vote once rather than 18 times.  This is automatically calculated in the quick report view and is reported in a column labeled weighting of the CSV file (used in Excel).

Election Auditing

Want the results verified? We will examine the voting results to look for voting from duplicate IP addresses. It is possible to legitimately have duplicate IP's. In the event of duplicates we will look to see if the results are swayed in any particular direction and report our findings to the designated election official at the HOA or management company.
