YOUR ONLINE VOTING
Provide us with information in an Excel or CSV format that includes homeowner:
Name
Property address
Unit or lot number
Account number
Mailing address
City, State and Zip
Send postcard to homeowner asking them to sign up that includes:
PIN (provided by Vote HOA Now)
Their Account Number
Homeowner
Go to web site with link provided and sign up. Enter:
PIN number
Account number
Email address
Chosen password
Receive email confirming a successful signup and letting them know what to expect next.

HOA Board or Management Company
Email details of election to account rep at Vote HOA Now. Details include:
Number of votes needed to reach Quorum
Start date of vote
End date of vote
Attach PDF of ballot measure to email
Homeowner
Receive email notifying a ballot measure is available online and a link to access the electronic ballet
Click on link to vote
Review electronic ballet
Vote (can vote only once)
Confirm vote
Informed of ballot closing date
Vote HOA Now Keeps You Informed of Your Online Voting Process
Daily email reminders sent to homeowners who have not yet voted (this applies only to those who have signed up for online voting)
HOA Board Members able to login and see statistics for the current vote:
Number of votes to meet Quorum
Number of completed votes
Number of yes votes
Number of no votes
When the ballot is closed and Quorum has been met, final tally of physical and electronic votes will be placed in a signed report and sent to HOA Board or Management Company. As an option, an email notifying homeowners of the vote results can be sent out as well.
If Quorum has not been met, the HOA Board or Management Company may request the end date of the online vote extended. If this occurs, an email will be sent to homeowners who have not voted. As an option, an email may be sent to all homeowners informing them that the election has been extended.
