Set-up and Manage HOA Board Elections Online

Step 1.  Register home owners

Register your home owners for the election. This is as simple as uploading an Excel spreadsheet with their HOA account number (this can be an alphanumeric code, it is used as a PIN). Then use the quick mailer tool to quickly announce to home owners that voter registration is open.

Step 2. Set up online board election or measure election

Create the online ballot. Link it to ballot measure information, candidate biographies, photos and supporting material. Set-up the rules for the vote including: start/stop date, quorum only option and write in candidate option.

Step 3.  Hold HOA election

Send an email to all registered homeowners with a link to review the ballot and vote. From there everything is automated including email announcements informing voters when polls are opened/closed and daily reminders to registered voters who have not voted yet reminding them to vote online.

Step 4.  Tabulate and Report Results
