Upload voter/homeowner file in CSV format that includes homeowner:
Email
Account number
Upload your ballot (PDF)
Setup your election/ballot parameters
Number of votes needed to reach Quorum
Start date of vote (ballot notice will be emailed one day before start date)
End date of vote
ONLINE VOTING PROCESS
Homeowner
Receive email notifying a ballot measure is available online, their PIN, and a link to access the electronic ballet
Email resent daily until they vote

Review electronic ballet
Vote (can vote only once)
Confirm vote
Informed of ballot closing date

HOA Board Members able to login and see statistics for the current vote:

A detailed report listing account number, email, if they voted, how they voted.
When the ballot is closed a final tally of electronic votes will be available for HOA Board or Management Company.
